Farewell to a wonderful friend who I first met 50 years ago. Always consistent, always caring and always there for me. I will miss you very much Dave and remember our great times in Nairobi and on the farm in Londiani. Kwaheri Rafiki.

Dad, you set a standard of what a human being should be that i can only aspire to obtain. You are my hero and inspiration and i will miss you dearly as i do my best to follow your example. You were my best supporter, confidant, and greatest friend. I am missing you so much. I love you daddy.
