" Welcome and thank you so much for visiting and posting to Jay's memorial site. As Jay's sister, I have been in a unique position, and I am sure there were many times when Jay was glad there was only one of me! Seriously though, we loved each other unconditionally. Jay was so supportive, thoughtful, kind, and generous. He truly cared about everyone who touched his life and showed it in his quiet unassuming way. Not having children of his own, he loved my sons so much. I was six years old when Jay was born, so I guess I took on a mom role right from the start. With both parents working, I was often left in charge. As we grew up and I got married and left home, Jay spent alot of time with Bruce and I. We loved going to his football and baseball games; I was always so proud of his accomplishments. I am so grateful to have been with Jay for the last week. Though it hurts like hell that he is gone, I will cherish him forever. Shell"
