Memory by Alex Jul 1, 2012 Mostly I hate these memes, but this one is awesome.August 13, 1995: HOTT.BOB. We are pliynag in a production of Midsummer's Night Dream; I am Oberon and you are the crowd favorite, Puck. We have a scene involving me issuing orders and being fired into personal action; I utter my final line of the scene and decide to exit by leaping over the berm into space. This works perfectly right up to the point where my foot slips upon launch; I get reasonable air but fall on my ass over the hill, not my feet. The crowd gasps in a has-he-broken-something? kind of way, and I haven't nothing except my pride. I sprawl on the far side the berm feeling like an idiot.Puck utters his last few golliwog lines. Then a flailing body flings itself over the berm to join me, arms and legs windmilling furiously, accompanied by a bloodcurdling shout. As the crowd erupts into laughter, I realize that you have chosen to jump the berm in the same reckless-flinging-into-space manner that I unintentionally did. There is much applause, because there is the appearance of our exeunt methods having been intentional and coordinated, even if nobody is actually fooled. An embarrassing moment has turned into a feature something any great actor would be proud of.We exchange a brief sniggering hi-5 on the back side of the berm, then scurry off to witness some other bit of amateurish-yet-enthusiastic thespifying. For this one moment alone, I will always admire you. Memory by Pat Mar 23, 2011 Probably too young to remember her iconic days in Hollywood, but I remember her for being a humanitarian, for her work supporting unfortunate victims of Aids. For having the courage to stand before a rock n roll audience (still largely ignorant) at the Freddie Mercury Tribute concert to highlight to the world the dangers of this horrible disease. You also helped Michael Jackson in his battle against demons. Your light will never fade because you will walk amongst the stars, A legend in every sense of the word, Thanks for lighting up the world, rest in peace Mrs Taylor Memory by Robert - San Diego,CA Mar 23, 2011 In a world that often over hypes...she was the real deal...a true super star...an enormously talented actress...a courageous humanitarian...and a great beauty with an inner radiance that made her simply breathtaking...
